DNA mRNA mmRNA Epigenetic Expanders

Congrats! You just received your Epigenetic Device and we are excited for the progress we will make together.
Please visit this page frequently so you do not forget the activation method!

Precautions for the healthiest outcome:

  • never activate in less than 1 week.

  • never wear device longer than 16 hours.

  • going slower is ok, going faster is not.

  • listen to the body and take the time to allow for bone to grow where we have expanded.

Upper DNA mRNA, mmRNA

  1. The bottom key-hole , closer to the back teeth

one full turn per 1-3 weeks - follow direction of yellow arrow.

  2. The key-hole closer to front teeth (if you have one)

1/2 turn per week - follow direction of yellow arrow.

  • Total Maximum Allowed Wear Time: 16 hours

  • For best results, wear minimum 12 hours

  • Excess wear past 16 hours will result in bone loss and tooth loss.

Lower DNA mRNA, mmRNA

  1. Only one key-hole,

one full turn per 1-4 weeks - follow direction of yellow arrow.

  • Total Maximum Allowed Wear Time: 16 hours

  • For best results, wear minimum 12 hours

  • Excess wear past 16 hours will result in bone loss and tooth loss.

Wear Time

12-16 hours on, 12-8 hours off.

  • Continuous wear through evening and over night

  • Intermittent wear during the day, on and off

  • Wear time accumulates each day to total 12-16 hours

On and Off Removable design is the crucial core mechanism. Please do not wear more than 16 hrs.

Tips on Turns/ Activations

Helpful Tips:

  • Always mark the day you activate in your calendar.

  • If expander starts feeling too tight, and not seating well, step back on the activation (meaning turn the key the opposite direction of the arrow). Wear it until the expander feels passive without pressure, and then activate again.

  • Cannot see the activation hole? Sometimes it could be plaque covering the hole. We have had patients use lemon water soak and successfully brush off the plaque so they can see the hole again!

Relaxator

Training your Diaphragm

  • Adjust relaxator to level 1 resistence.

  • Use only the lips to hold the mouthpiece.

  • Breath in through the nose.

  • Breath out into the mouthpiece.

  • Increase resistance level to where you can adequately gain better breathing muscle tone and diaphragm engagement.
